Credit automation across the LEED scope

Every category of the selected rating system: v4 and v4.1 cover IP, LT, SS, WE, EA, MR, EQ, IN and RP; v5 covers IP, LT, SS, WE, EA, MR, EQ and PR. Supported calculations preserve their inputs and distinguish verified, projected, and confirmation-required points. Source-dependent pathways stay unscored until their source is accepted.

Drawing and document intelligence

Speed up the data extraction step. Drawings, schedules, and PDFs go through OCR and vision-based classification, surfacing fixture counts, equipment schedules, and bills of material as candidates for consultant review, not as final answers.
